System Overview

A locked cabinet system featuring 2 specially engineered half-cabinets that open and close sequentially on precision telescopic rails under a top cover.

System Components

1. Fixed Cabinet: Houses top suspension rods and fixed lower rail guides.
2. Movable Cabinet: Houses top suspension rods and lower dynamic telescopic slider mechanisms.
3. Top Cover: Hinged upper protective cover with Yale security lock.

Key Benefits

• Because plans are archived vertically, they can be preserved for years in their original, uncreased, and unscratched condition.
• The lifespan of plans, which do not pile on top of each other, is directly proportional to the durability of the materials they are drawn on.
• Thanks to the vertical storage and internal separator method, locating and retrieving desired plans is much easier compared to horizontal systems. Parallel transition bars made from Ø 16 mm AISI 304 Cr.Ni stainless steel make removing any plan effortless.
• The suspension strips used to hang plans inside the cabinet are manufactured from PVC or POLYESTER materials. An approximately 70 cm long strip can carry a load of up to 30 kg.
• Each cabinet can accommodate approximately 500 plans made of tracing paper, PVC, or similar 220-micron thick materials.
• The telescopic rail mechanism used in the vertical cabinets allows you to easily pull an average load of 300 kg with a single hand.
• Hanging Vertical Plan Cabinets can be manufactured in custom dimensions matching the exact sizes of your outputs.
• The top cover of the plan cabinet features a mechanical shock absorber, designed to stay open when needed and lockable when closed.
• The plan cabinet is engineered with a dual-stage sequential opening mechanism.
• Extracted plans can be conveniently hung on the exterior suspension system located on the front face of the cabinet.
• A safety bar is integrated to prevent plans from falling when the cabinet is opened.
• Rubber gaskets (seals) are placed at all closing points to prevent dust ingress.
• If desired, the cabinets can be manufactured to operate on a mobile compact floor rail system.
